Biography

Angelo Savoldi was a prominent junior heavyweight competitor who held the NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship three times. In 1963, he joined the World Wide Wrestling Federation where he spent the final decade of his in-ring career as a reliable veteran and trainer. Beyond his wrestling contributions, Savoldi was a minority business partner in the WWWF and later founded the ICW promotion with his sons.
